This Satsang with Ameen was flmed at the Rainbow Spirit Festival in Baden-Baden in Germany.
Video Part 1
Missing the beauty while the mind is looking for the extraordinary; freedom lies in the simplicity of just existing; completely accepting that this is all there is; completely embracing humanness; humanness – just a thin layer over the godly, a channel for it; embracing our humanness we find out that there is more; Satsang is a stop, a rest of all movement of becoming; the misunderstanding of humanity: the constant chase for improvement; peace and harmony is already there; the importance of sincerity and the courage to stand alone; in presence and openness magic can happen.
Part 2
Keeping the silent space when there are strong emotions; in the middle of pain there is a sense of joy and relief; escaping from what is, is painful; beyond the pain there is beauty; the temptation for the ego to keep the story alive; the silence can seem to be boring, but it is fullness; accepting physical pain or going to a doctor? Most body pain is rooted in the mind; still we should take care of the body; to trust existence does not mean not trying to change anything; “bad” things can happen too; the only salvation is to realize who you are beyond the movement of existence; misusing freedom to manipulate life – an ego phenomenon; this “beyond” is not far away but as close as your heart.
Part 3
The mind and restlessness; the mind is not negative; rest is realizing the space beyond the mind; the root of the restlessness is fear; touching the silence pulls you deeper and deeper; the interaction with life changes; meeting who you truly are is freeing yourself; using the mind to investigate – a tool for liberation; learning to lead oneself in life; the importance of sincerity; accepting everything takes you beyond the mind; the danger of misinterpretation; silence and love are indicators; it is the seeing that liberates.
This interview was done by Joe with Ameen during Rainbow Spirit Festival 2009 in Baden-Baden in Germany.
Video Teil 1
How to relate to money? Sometimes money issues show the priorities; how deep is the longing for freedom? Projecting the parents on the partner; relationship as opportunity to break free of projections; freedom is to love everybody; relationship as catalyst to break free; from relationship to relating; seeing through the mechanisms of the mind; it comes down to love; love is the intimacy of your nature and you do not need anything from outside; let go with a touch with your essence; even the love of a friend cannot touch the intimacy of your essence; you are the solution and the gate to freedom; it is your journey; take courage to go on your own journey; sitting in silence and knowing the truth; experimenting with yourself and diving deep into life; slowly you will realize that you are much bigger than life; you are free and nothing can hurt you.
Teil 2
You are eternal consciousness which expresses through the body; awakening is to realize the true nature behind the expression; Ameen’s awakening; never escaped problems and never created a false image; rebel and not accept the seriousness of life; black sheep; depression; starting to realize that there is something beyond; 10 years of development; never cared about enlightenment and spiritualism; longing to be true and authentic; when you are truly authentic then you are free; it is love for life and not for stories; you do not need tradition or religion when you meet life in honesty; be there without agenda in simplicity; the recognition that the “I” is an illusion; not in the marketplace anymore; a free man is in many cases difficult to notice; awakening makes you compassioned and loving; what else is to be changed? misconceptions about freedom; enlightenment is extremely ordinary; it can not be used; does it matter if a teacher is awakened or not; it is about feeling if the person can teach you something; to keep self responsibility; the movement has to come through you, the middle of being aware what is true for you and what you can learn from a teacher; relaxation is beyond the body; when you know your true nature there is no fear.
This Satsang with Ameen has been recorded at the Rainbow Spirit Festival 2009 in Baden-Baden. Thanks a lot to the organizer of the festival for the permission for filming.
Video Part 1:
Reflect about yourself accurately; life is always challenging; meet the moment without knowing; the ultimate creativity; living in fullness is everyone’s potential; authenticity opens space; no need to be enlightened; appreciate life; too simple for the mind; bigger than life; finally you are one with it; the meaning of life is life itself; the longing to be alive; cunning mind; focus on silence and simplicity; surrender to that, which leads already; relax and appreciate who you are; let the mind be and cherish the space that opens up; beyond the mind; thoughts are the natural activity of mind; feel it in the breathing, resting in the heart; liberation is about valuing what is true.
Part 2:
Softness is true strength, softness cannot be hurt; letting go of being not enough; stop doing things which do not give you joy; be egoistic for a while; become your own best friend; freedom is about identifying with a bigger space beyond the mind; no need to feed your relative identity again and again; bridge from your heart to life; the mind is just a – beautiful – servant; freedom is about directing the focus to who you are; freedom is living life without fear; without fear we can love so deeply and at the same time let go; the soul is longing be deep in life; no need to judge anymore; finally you can touch it all; the more you rest within yourself the bigger capacity you have to get involved; how do we know that love becomes more pure? When we do not have fear, when we start to allow the other to be as he is; true love is unconditional; the more you realize who you truly are the more you realize that your love can be given to anyone; anyone is equally lovable; when you are free, you allow the other to be; it is real strength when you have the capacity to love unconditionally; pay attention to the fears, be aware of them and focus on the true love that is also there;
Video Part 1:
The relationship to silence, resting within yourself, being intimate with yourself, the big deal humanity is making about being authentic and true, the pain of being fake, the joy of being true, stopping the race, not avoiding the fear of not getting anything, risking to realize that everything is within yourself, allowing yourself to rest, greeting your own existence, be irresponsible, be the perfection that you are, not proving anything, not to look for strength, being soft, being true, you are allowed to allow yourself, sitting in your own presence, seems rebellious, being aware of the thief of peace, being free, connected to yourself beyond, aware of the space, aware of the mind, simply being a human being, your authenticity is the door, deep intimate joy that cannot be touched or used, realizing the pain of losing your inner space, sanity – touching what is true within you, the beauty of existing in this integrity.
Part 2:
The true space of not-knowing, speaking true without the fear or need to prove anything, without trying to be right, taking the risk of getting hurt, breaking the illusion that life can hurt you, taking the risk of meeting the moment, the rebel in you trusts life and demands life, fear of getting hurt prevents the authentic self, only ideas and memories prevent you from life, life beyond duality does not need trust, it just enjoys itself, invitation to start discovering life, discovering expansion, proving it to your bones what freedom is, then the mind cannot be cynical about it, a moment of expansion when you were in contraction, then you know.
Part 3:
To allow the emotions to be, without judging, without criticizing, experiencing the beauty at the root of the emotion, giving the soul recognition, feeling the pain of not being, your soul is calling you, the joy of being recognized again, the joy that heals all pain, you are the door, listen to what is true for you, then it’s all there, the beauty of coming home, the mystery of your own journey, starting to touch true spaces, recognizing your longing to be home, staying in the space of being and being pulled out of it, pay attention to the history that is pulling you away, the identity wants to keep itself, the temptation of the mind to keep the old movie going, your journey makes you alert.
This Satsang with Ameen took place during the Rainbow Spirit Festival 2008 (www.rainbow-spirit.de ) in Baden-Baden / Germany.
Video Part 1:
Spirituality as escape mechanism, true spirituality: to recognize the flow of love beyond all circumstances, never stopping growth, one being the experience itself, no life without challenges, never ending learning – also for Ameen as a teacher, to value where we are right now, allowing the moment completely to be as it is, intimacy in every moment, to value every moment – and not being taken away from it from the mind, being taken over by silence, the question if a mantra could be helpful, the space of joy inside, to appreciate the golden moments
Part 2:
The pain of not being authentic, the moment when Ameen recognized himself as conscious, being free by being authentic, the true meaning of live: to be authentic, this moment right here now – so precious, being completely here and enjoying, the escape mechanism mind, to truly meet oneself where you are, when the mind (the ego) tries to manipulate the reality, the temptation not to be authentic, when in a moment of true let go love is there, the focus on the moment right now
Sincerity as Quality of the Heart
This Satsang was recorded during the "Naturheiltage" in Oberhausen / Germany in July 2008.
Video Part 1 The pain not being true, the unpredictable moment now, the deepest wish to be free, the pure joy of existence, facing oneself in simplicity, the foolishness of the mind, being authentic without any agenda, being constantly in sincerity like the breathing, sincerity as quality of the heart
Part 2 The risk and pain of receiving, the quality of rebellion, life as laboratory to break free, just being in one’s own present, when there is no disappointment left, sincerity and habits, one true friendship, the mind as servant
Part 3 Becoming in tune with oneself, to investigate one’s own fear, the habit of the mind to deny discomfort, rejection more painful than feeling the pain, the ability for every human being to develop the wisdom for ones own guidance, the true self mastering out of yourself, the misuse of the word "egoistic", true giving
Realizing to be always in the moment
Video Part 1 Life in devotion without control of an I, acceptance, to realize to be at all times in the moment, to let go with sincerity, deepness of being, the flavour of the true self, to appreciate the golden moments, methods, the game of victim or aggressor, beyond personal and collective identification, liberation of Jewish Israeli conditioning, the illusion of drama, to enjoy in freedom and presence
Part 2 Compassion as natural sharing, to see oneself in all things, violence out from identification, the illusion of deathlessness, war and violence to maintain the feeling of separation, the movement to being and to heart, evolution to liberation of humans, awakening beyond the relative identity, not awaked identified with the role, peace beyond the body and the played roles
Part 3 Osho is like all teachers a mirror, the role of a teacher: trust and leadership, not to negate life, no tradition or lineage, Satsang like gathering with the true self, the pursuit of all humans of fulfilment, a child not as extension of the own identity
Part 4 True being and personal mind, leadership on the individual path, the contact to the teacher, the number of teachers, on the narrow path of personal responsibility and openness to the teacher, poverty and abundance, natural giving, to be in sincerity learner of life

Ameen was born in Israel in 1966 and growing up in the Israeli society his passion for freedom was awakened. Although Ameen was never interested in religion or spirituality, he lived unconsciously the life of a spiritual seeker. Even rather young he felt that life in Israel was too restrictive and aggressive. So he was rebellious and critical and his longing for freedom grew. At the age of 18 he was suffering from depression. At that time, being in loneliness and pain, the self began to show itself. Not really knowing what it was, Ameen continued his life. Many years later his longing for freedom guided him to Asia. While meditating in Osho’s Ashram his real self appeared again. In 1998 his personality dissolved completely and awakening happened. After years of integration and understanding Ameen started teaching. His way of human liberation, which he calls "guidance through awakening", is focussed on deepening of the silence and the development of clarity and understanding as a door to the now, the true self.
In Satsang and single sessions Ameen leads through the individual way of awakening and he shows the simplicity that freedom can be found by everyone if he lives a silent and honest life.
